We require a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks notice for orders.

PAYMENTS

A deposit is required to secure your date and order.

Final payment is due 7 days before collection.

COLLECTION

Transport your cake flat in the boot of a car only.

All collections are on Fridays.

DESIGN

Every order is custom designed.

We dont replicate design exactly but can work together to create something unique.

Yes absolutely, we love to see your style and anything you like or dont like so we can create a design for you.
We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice and a maximum of 8 weeks notice. Wedding cakes can book up to 6 months in advance.
Our wedding cakes are ONLY delivered to ensure they are perfect for you big day. We can offer delivery of other orders but it is an additional charge.
Most of our cakes do not require refrigeration. Simply keep your cake in its box on a bench or table away from heat, pets and little hands until your celebration. As all our cakes are baked fresh, any left overed can be wrapped and frozen to enjoy at a later date.
Cakes can only be transported in the boot of a car. This is the only location that is completly flat and does not require the cake to be tinted. Once a cake is collected, Best Wishes cake shop does not take any liability of the condition of the cake.
If you have a last minute request, please get in touch. If we have availability, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
Yes. Our cakes stay fresh for up to 7 days when stored correctly. Their full buttercream or fondant covering helps keep them moist and delicious for your celebration.
